In order to provide you with a quotation and book printing service it is necessary for us to hold your name and contact details in our quotations data base, and email system, for an indefinite period. Your details will not be used for any purpose, other than to contact you about the specific book that you have requested a quotation for, or commissioned the printing of, and to inform you by email of any improvements or changes to our system that relates directly to the printing of books. General promotional material will not be generated from your details. Your name and contact details will not be issued to any other party, except if requested by official authorities under the law of New Zealand.
